💢 EXPORT-IMPORT REGULATIONS ACT 💢

👈 ﻣﺎده 7: دوﻟﺖ ﻣﻮﻇﻒ اﺳﺖ اﻣﺎﮐﻦ ﺧﺎﺻﯽ را ﺑﺮاي ﻧﮕﻬﺪاري اﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﮐﺎﻻﻫﺎي ﻣﻮرد ﻧﯿﺎز ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﻌﻤﯿﺮ و ﺗﺠﻬﯿﺰ ﻧﺎوﮔﺎن ﺗ ﻫﺎي ﺠﺎري درﯾﺎﯾﯽ و ﻫﻮاﯾﯽ ﮐﺸﻮر اﺧﺘﺼﺎص دﻫﺪ.

👉 Article 7. The Government is required to allocate special premises for the provisional storage of goods needed to repair and equip the country's commercial marine and aircraft fleet.

💧 ﺗﺒﺼﺮه 1: ﺗﺮاﻧﺰﯾﺖ ﮐﺎﻻﻫﺎي ﻣﻮﺿﻮع اﯾﻦ ﻣﺎده از ﯾﮏ ﻣﺒﺎدي ﺑﻪ ﻣﺒﺪأ دﯾﮕﺮ با رﻋﺎﯾﺖ ﻣﻘﺮرات ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮاﻧﺰﯾﺖ ﻣﺠﺎز ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ.

💧Note 1. The transit of goods falling under this article from one port of entry to another shall be permissible, with the observance of transit regulations.

💧 تبصره 2 این ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ﮐﺎﻻﻫﺎ از ﺷﻤﻮل ﭘﺮداﺧﺖ ﺣﻘﻮق ﮔﻤﺮﮐﯽ و ﺳﻮد ﺑﺎزرﮔﺎﻧﯽ و هر ﮔﻮﻧـﻪ ﻋـﻮارض ﻣﻌـﺎف ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ.

💧Note 2. Such goods shall be exempted from customs duties, commercial benefit tax and any other charges.

💧 ﺗﺒﺼﺮه 3: آن ﻗﺴﻤﺖ از ﻧﯿﺎزﻣﻨﺪي های ﻧﺎوﮔﺎن ﻫﺎي ﯾﺎدﺷﺪه ﮐﻪ از داﺧﻞ ﮐﺸﻮر ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﺗﺄﻣﯿﻦ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ از ﻫﺮ ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ﺗﻌﻬﺪ و اﺧﺬ ﻣﺠﻮزﻫﺎي ﺻﺎدراﺗﯽ ﻣﻌﺎف ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ.

💧Note 3. Those parts of requirements of the aforesaid fleet which can be supplied by domestic sources within the country, shall be exempted from any obligation and export licensing.
